On Friday January 13, at approximately 12:25 am, Corporal Jeff Penney attempted to stop a vehicle in the 3700 block of Seymour Hwy.  The vehicle was finally stopped in the parking lot of an apartment complex.  The 50-year-old female driver was issued citations for Fail to Signal Turn 100 feet prior to turn and Driving While License Invalid.

On Friday January 13, at approximately 8:59 am, Sergeant Sergio Teruel and Deputy Jeff Lee responded to the 2400 block of F.M. 369 South in reference to a Fraud.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) had hacked his X-Box account, his AT&T account, his Microsoft Account and several credit cards and had made $20,000.00 in unauthorized charges on his accounts.

On Friday January 13, at approximately 10:20 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Kemp and 9th Street.  The vehicle was finally stopped in the 600 block of Travis.  The 38-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Motor Vehicle.

On Friday January 13, at approximately 3:25 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the 8000 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to a Criminal Mischief.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) placed a foreign object in the radiators of a D8 and a D9 bulldozer causing $7,000.00 in damage.

On Friday January 13, at approximately 11:35 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop in the 900 block of Central Frwy.  The 35-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Saturday January 14, at approximately 9:58 pm, Deputy Daniel Jacobson attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Iowa Park Road and Central Frwy.   The vehicle finally stopped in the 1700 block of Seymour Hwy. at which time the driver fled on foot.  The 35-year-old male was stopped a short distance away and was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Motor Vehicle with Previous Convictions, Assault on a Public Servant and an outstanding warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Saturday January 14, at approximately 4:30 pm, Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King and 3rd Street.  The 37-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions and Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Saturday January 14, at approximately 3:40 pm, Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 3100 block of Midwestern Pkwy. in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, a juvenile male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Juvenile Detention Center and was charged with Theft over $100.00 under $750.00 and was also barred from the property.

On Saturday January 14, at approximately 12:57 pm, Deputy Jeff Lee made a traffic stop in the 1800 block of 8th Street.  The 30-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Display Fictitious Motor Vehicle Registration.

On Saturday January 14, at approximately 1:04 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and F.M. 1739.  The 27-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over four ounces under five pounds.

On Saturday January 14, at approximately 1:20 am, Deputy Brett Brasher made a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Midwestern Pkwy.  The 29-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.

On Saturday January 14, at approximately 8:24 pm, Deputy Brian Koschak made a traffic stop at the intersection of Scott and 4th Street.  The 24-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant.

On Sunday January 15, at approximately 12:06 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop at the intersection of Holliday and Blonde.  The vehicle was impounded after the driver was unable to produce a drivers license and insurance.

On Sunday January 15, at approximately 1:49 am, Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the intersection of S.H. 240 and F.M. 1739 in reference to a Traffic Hazzard.  Upon arrival, a vehicle was found abandoned on the roadway.  The vehicle was impounded.

On Sunday January 15, at approximately 7:21 pm, Sergeant Lee Crossman and Deputy Greg Wilson responded to the 1400 block of S.H. 79 North in reference to a Deceased Person.  Upon arrival, an 86-year-old male was pronounced deceased of Natural Causes.

On Sunday January 15, at approximately 12:54 am, Deputy Brett Brasher made a traffic stop at the intersection of Brook and Seymour Hwy.  The 17-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Monday January 16, at approximately 6:30 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez made a traffic stop in the 100 block of Central Frwy.  The 23-year-old male driver and a 19-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.  The passenger was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram, Possession of a Dangerous Drug and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 under 28 grams.  The vehicle had been reported stolen and was recovered.

On Monday January 16, at approximately 12:14 am, Deputy Brett Brasher attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Martin Luther King and Jefferson.  The vehicle was finally stopped after the driver struck a tree on Maple Street.  The 32-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest or Detention with a Motor Vehicle with Previous Convictions.

On Monday January 16, at approximately 11:46 pm, Deputy Paul Casillas made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kemp and Ave E.  The 20-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
