On January 10, 2017, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Deputy Victoria Kamp, was dispatched to the 10000 block of FM368 in reference to the theft of a debit card. The reporting party stated a debit card had been stolen from his mailbox and approximately $800 was missing from his account. The investigation is ongoing.
On January 10, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Deputy Greg Wilson and Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin responded to the 3100 block of Central Freeway East in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated a male stole her cell phone from her vehicle. The phone is valued at approximately $50. The reporting party was able to identify the suspect and the investigation is ongoing.
On January 10, 2017, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Deputy Greg Wilson conducted a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Brook Avenue. The 20 year old male driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 2 Ounces (Class B Misdemeanor).
On January 10, 2017, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Deputy Roy Biter responded to the area of FM369 and Bacon Switch Road in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, a 50 year old male was found walking in the roadway. He was arrested and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Public Intoxication (Class C Misdemeanor).
On January 10, 2017, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Deputy Brett Brasher conducted a traffic stop in the 2900 block of Southwest Parkway. The 39 year old male driver was cited for No Driver’s License and Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility. The vehicle was impounded and the driver released from the scene.
