On October 07, 2016, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Deputy Daniel Jacobson responded to the Jail Annex in reference to an intoxicated individual. A 48 year old male, who was being booked in on a separate charge, was arrested and charged with Public Intoxication.

On October 07, 2016, at approximately 10:46 p.m., Deputy Amanda Price responded to the 4400 block of Ulen Lane in reference to an assault in progress. A 38 year old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and is being charged with Assault Family Violence, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On October 08, 2016, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Corporal Ralph Burdick conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Sheppard Access Road and Airport Drive. The 42 year old male did not have a valid driver license and was placed under arrest for Driving While License Invalid Enhanced, a Class B Misdemeanor. The male was transported to Wichita County Detention Center without incident.
On October 08, 2016, at approximately 8:29 p.m., Deputy Josh McGuinn conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Grant Street and Maplewood Avenue. The 25 year old male did not have a valid driver license or insurance on the vehicle. The driver was issued a citation and released from the scene, the vehicle was impounded.
On October 08, 2016, at approximately 11:45 a.m., Deputy Paul Casillas responded to the 13300 block of South Highway 25 in reference to a firearm theft. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated two firearms valued at $120.00 and $350.00 dollars were stolen from his residence. The investigation is ongoing.
On October 08, 2016, at approximately 11:56 a.m., Sergeant Mark Whipple conducted a traffic stop in the area of Scott Avenue and 7th Street. The 25 year old driver was arrested and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Driving While License Invalid and the vehicle was impounded.

The 23 year old male driver was placed under arrest and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 2 ounces, a Class B Misdemeanor.
On October 09, 2016, at approximately 8:42 a.m., Corporal Josh Brown conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Avenue G and Kemp Boulevard. The 25 year old female passenger was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 2 ounces, and an outstanding Wichita County warrant for Capias Pro Fine/Driving While License Invalid. The 24 year old male driver was arrested and charged with Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer. Both subjects were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center without incident.
On October 09, 2016, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Deputy Paul Casillas and Deputy Kristian Valdez conducted a traffic stop of the 2100 block of Kell West. The 27 year old male driver was arrested and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center without incident. He is being charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 2 ounces.
On October 09, 2016, at approximately 4:44 a.m., Deputy Amanda Price conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Harlan Avenue and Borton Street. The 53 year old male was arrested on an outstanding City of Wichita Falls warrant for Capias Pro Fine/ No Driver License in Possession. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center without incident.
On October 10, 2016, at approximately 11:57 a.m.; Corporal Josh Brown and Deputy J.T. Mitchell were dispatched to the 15000 block of Lucy Road in reference to an incident. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated he had shot two dogs that were attacking his horses.
On October 10, 2016, at approximately 1:13 a.m.; Deputy Amanda Price conducted a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Holiday Street. The 34 year old male driver did not have a valid driver license or insurance on the vehicle. He was issued citations and released. The vehicle was impounded.
On October 10, 2016, at approximately 8:40 p.m.; Sergeant Lee Crossman conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of US 281. The 56 year old driver was arrested and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He is being charged with Driving While License Invalid and an outstanding Clay County for Driving While Intoxicated.
