On Monday September 26, at approximately 10:33 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 7700 block of Powell Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a dog appeared on the property.  Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the dog was impounded.

On Monday September 26, at approximately 9:26 pm, Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop at the intersection of Ave. E and Kemp.  The 35-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana.

On Tuesday September 27, at approximately 11:10 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin responded to the 12000 block of Longley Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a miniature horse appeared on the property.  The horse was impounded.

On Tuesday September 27, at approximately 5:21 am, Deputy Paul Casillas and Deputy Brett Brasher responded to the 1100 block of S.H. 79 in reference to a Suspicious Person.  Upon arrival, the 32-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged an outstanding warrant for Theft under $100.00.  The male was also barred from the property.
