On Monday August 29, at approximately 9:14 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 900 block of Midwestern Pkwy. to serve an arrest warrant.  Upon arrival, a 30-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for Surety Off Bond-Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense and Bond Forfeiture-Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.

On Monday August 29, at approximately 10:00 am, Corporal Josh Brown made responded to the 8100 block of F.M. 171 in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole a Fill Rite Diesel Pump with 15’ hose and high pressure nozzle and several assorted wheel bearings, races, seals and chisels.

On Tuesday August 30, at approximately 1:33 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin, Deputy Matthew Schenck, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Paul Casillas responded to the 2600 block of Iowa Park Road to serve two arrest warrants.  Upon arrival, a 52-year-old male and a 48-year-old female were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The male was charged with three outstanding warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four grams under 200 grams, Criminal Trespass and Failure to Identify-Fugitive from Justice.  The female was charged with four outstanding warrants for three counts of Theft of Property under $2,500.00 with two previous convictions and Theft of Property under $1,500.00 with two previous convictions.

On Tuesday August 30, at approximately 9:30 am, Sergeant Sergio Teruel checked on an unoccupied abandoned vehicle at the intersection of S.H. 240 and East Road.  The vehicle was impounded after the owner could not be located.
