On Wednesday February 10, at approximately 10:15 am, Sergeant Sergio Teruel and Deputy Ken Terry responded to the 200 block of North Beverly to serve a Writ of Attachment. Upon arrival, a 30-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Court House to Judge Butler’s Courtroom.
On Wednesday February 10, at approximately 2:42 pm, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Midway Church Road. The 46-year-old male driver was placed under arrest, after Deputy Villarreal’s K-9 partner Cane alerted on the vehicle. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Manufacture/Delivery-Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four hundred grams. Four pounds of Psilocybin Mushrooms were seized.
On Wednesday February 10, at approximately 4:02 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop at the intersection of Smith and McLaughlin. The 37-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and two outstanding warrants for No Drivers License and No Seatbelt.
On Thursday February 11, at approximately 2:15 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Martin. The 22-year-old male was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
