On Monday February 8, at approximately 5:30 am, Sergeant Lee Crossman and Deputy Roy Biter responded to Peterson Road just north of Bacon Switch Road in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and forced entry into a storage building and two residential structures that are located on the property.

On Tuesday February 9, at approximately 9:35 am, Sergeant Sergio Teruel responded to the 1300 block of S.H. 79 in reference to an Animal Complaint.

On Tuesday February 9, at approximately 6:00 pm, Deputy David Stout made a traffic stop in the 800 block of Wellington Lane. The 51-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced.

On Tuesday February 9, at approximately 7:24 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the 1900 block of J.B. Riley Ranch Road in reference to a Possible Fraud. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person has been giving out her personal residential address as his business address.

On Wednesday February 10, at approximately 12:46 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Seymour Hwy. and Brook. The vehicle stopped in the 500 block of Holliday. The 24-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under tow ounces and Resisting Search/Arrest/Transportation.

On Wednesday February 10, at approximately 11:36 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 400 block of Austin. The 62-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
