On Thursday February 4, at approximately 8:07 pm, Deputy Josh McGuinn attempted to stop a vehicle at the intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd. and Rosewood. The vehicle was finally stopped at the intersection of North Rosewood and Flood. The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with Previous Conviction.
On Thursday February 4, at approximately 8:13 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the block of Johnson Road in reference to an Animal Complaint. An injured wild pig was found in the roadway.
On Thursday February 4, at approximately 10:20 pm, Deputy Christopher Salas made a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and Kell East. The 20-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
On Thursday February 4, at approximately 11:11 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 2400 block of Arena Road in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject entered the shop of the business and stole a Global Battery valued at $110.00.
