On Wednesday January 27, at approximately 9:09 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry and Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the 800 block of Cashion Road in reference to a Disturbance.
On Wednesday January 27, at approximately 11:57 am, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and S.H. 25. The 36-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over forty ounces under five pounds.
On Wednesday January 27, at approximately 10:01 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy Brian Koschak responded to the 10000 block of Reaves Road in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) cut several two inch oil transfer lines and tampered with a pump jack on the oil lease.
On Thursday January 28, at approximately 1:31 am, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop in the 2600 block of East Elliott. The 19-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Speeding. The driver was also issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
