On Tuesday January 19, at approximately 10:45 am, Lieutenant Carl Magee responded to the 900 block of 7th in reference to a Mental Commitment. Upon arrival, a 23-year-old female was transported to the North Texas State Hospital and was admitted under a Peace Officers Application for Emergency Detention.
On Wednesday January 20, at approximately 2:27 am, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop at the intersection of Midwestern Pkwy. and Louis J. Rodriguez. The 21-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Wednesday January 20, at approximately 3:00 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 900 block of 7th in reference to a Credit/Debit Card Abuse. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject made unauthorized transactions on her debit card in the amount of $3,000.00.
On Wednesday January 20, at approximately 4:18 pm, Sergeant Lee Crossman and Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the 12000 block of Longley Road in reference to an Animal Complaint. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a dog appeared on her property. Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the dog was impounded.
On Thursday January 21, at approximately 1:16 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 3700 block of Midwestern Pkwy. The 33-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 under one gram, Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 3 less than 28 grams and Preventing Consequences of Theft.
