On Thursday January 7, at approximately 11:55 am, Lieutenant Robert Penaluna stopped an individual in the 900 block of 7th Street.  The 59-year-old male was placed under arrest.   He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication and Criminal Trespass.

On Thursday January 7, at approximately 11:40 am, Lieutenant Will Rutledge, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Brian Koschak responded to the 1400 block of F.M. 367 East in reference to an attempted Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that unknown person(s) attempted to gain entrance into the residence by removing a screen and opening a window.

On Friday January 8, at approximately 12:44 pm, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and F.M. 1739.  The 37-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four grams under four hundred grams and Money Laundering over $2,500.00 under $30,000.00.  Ten grams of Hashish and $12,212.00 in currency was seized.

On Friday January 8, at approximately 7:14 pm, Corporal Ralph Burdick, Deputy Cole McGarry, Deputy Kristian Valdez and Deputy David Stout responded to the 1000 block of West Wenonah to serve a Mental Health Warrant.  Upon arrival, a 61-year-old female was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the North Texas State Hospital and was admitted under the warrant.

On Friday January 8, at approximately 9:55 am, Deputy Paul Casillas responded to S.H. 258 in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and stole ten to twelve tons of dirt and gravel mix valued at $500.00.

On Saturday January 9, at approximately 1:28 am, Deputy Jeff Lee made a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Lawrence Road.  The 25-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 over four grams under four hundred grams and Unlawful Carrying a Weapon.

On Saturday January 9, at approximately 10:00 am, Corporal Josh Brown made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of 17th Street.  The 33-year-old male driver and a 32-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with two outstanding warrants for Speeding 57/45 an Occupant over 15 Unsecured by Seat Belt.  The passenger was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

On Saturday January 9, at approximately 4:45 pm, Sergeant Lee Crossman responded to the 5700 block of Huntington Lane in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she was bitten by a dog while trying to break up a fight between several dogs.

On Saturday January 9, at approximately 4:35 pm, Deputy Roy Biter made a traffic stop at the intersection of 10th and Taylor.  The 23-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with two outstanding warrants for No Drivers License.

On Saturday January 9, at approximately 11:05 am, Deputy Patrick Bradford and Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to F.M. 367 and Wellington Lane in reference to a Burglary of a Building.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) cut the pad locks off of a metal storage container and entered inside.

On Sunday January 10, at approximately 1:24 pm, Deputy Patrick Bradford and Deputy Josh McGuinn made a traffic stop in the 900 block of Kemp.  The 47-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced.

On Sunday January 10, at approximately 12:50 pm, Deputy Josh Brown made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of South Winds.  The 34-year-old male driver was issued citations for No Drivers License and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
