On Wednesday December 16, at approximately 3:59 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry responded to the 1600 block of 11th Street in reference to an Assault that occurred in the 5100 block of Love Road. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that he was assaulted by an unknown person.
On Wednesday December 16, at approximately 9:50 pm, Deputy Roy Biter made a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Northwest Frwy. The 27-year-old male driver and a 24-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, Possession of Marijuana under two ounces and an outstanding warrant for Possession of Marijuana under two ounces. The passenger was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Thursday December 17, at approximately 2:06 am, Corporal Ralph Burdick and Deputy J.T. Mitchell made a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Central Frwy. The 34-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams and three outstanding warrants for Speeding, Driving While License Invalid and Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility.
