On Monday December 7, at approximately 11:44 pm, Deputy Jeff Lee made a traffic stop at the intersection of Kell and Austin. The 51-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Monday December 7, at approximately 12:30 pm, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin responded to the 900 block of 7th Street in reference to a lost prescription. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a prescription had been lost or thrown away by accident.
On Monday December 7, at approximately 9:45 am, Deputy Lance Brumley responded to the 4100 block of Kell in reference to an Identity Theft. Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made three unauthorized transactions in the amount of $204.09 on her Debit Card.
On Tuesday December 8, at approximately 1:40 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop at the intersection of 5th Street and Burnett. The 49-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated with Open Container.
