On Friday December 4, at approximately 10:52 pm, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop in the 200 block of Central Frwy. East.  The 51-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more offense.

On Friday December 4, at approximately 8:56 pm, Deputy Gerald Morgan responded to the 1700 block of Hampton Road in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, two horses were impounded.

On Friday December 4, at approximately 7:09 pm, Deputy Paul Casillas and Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 5400 block of Kell East in reference to an Assault.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported a Disturbance that had occurred earlier on this date in the 4300 block of River road.

On Friday December 4, at approximately 2:48 am, Corporal Ralph Burdick made a traffic stop at the intersection of Brook and Keeler.  The 21-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Saturday December 5, at approximately 1:18 am, Deputy Justin Mitchell made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and S.H. 25.  The 28-year-old male driver, Jesus Humberto Bojorquez, and a 26-year-old male passenger, Jose Guadalupe Maldonado, were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Possession of Marijuana over four ounces under five pounds.  4.6 pounds of marijuana was seized.

On Saturday December 5, at approximately 2:27 pm, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop on U.S. 287 near Electra Texas.  The 34-year-old-male driver, William Renard Johns, was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Money Laundering.  $25,435.00 in currency was seized.

On Saturday December 5, at approximately 3:48 am, Corporal Ralph Burdick, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Jeff Lee responded to the intersection of Cooper Road and Clower Road in reference to an occupied vehicle.  Upon arrival, the 24-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Unlawful Carrying a Weapon.

On Saturday December 5, at approximately 4:50 pm, Deputy Cole McGarry and Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 3300 block of River Road in reference to a Burglary in Progress.  Upon arrival, a 23-year-old male, a 22-year-old female and two 20-year old males were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and were charged with Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity-Burglary of a Building.

On Sunday December 6, at approximately 12:57 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 3900 block of Callfield Road.  The 36-year-old male driver, a 35-year-old male passenger and a 38-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Enhanced.  The male passenger was charged with an outstanding warrant for Violation of Probation-Obstruction or Retaliation.  The female was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Sunday December 6, at approximately 10:08 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez made a traffic stop in the 1800 block of 9th Street.  The 37-year-old male driver exited the vehicle and fled on foot.  He was arrested a short time later in the 700 block of Warford.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention-Enhanced.

On Monday December 7, at approximately 6:27 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple responded to the 6900 block of Seymour Hwy. in reference to an unresponsive person.  Upon arrival, a 35-year-old male was found deceased.  The incident is under investigation.
