On Monday November 30, at approximately 12:30 pm, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy J.T. Mitchell made a traffic stop in the 1100 block of 6th Street.  The 36-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Failure to Identify/Fugitive from Justice and an outstanding warrant from the Texas Department of Pardons and Parole.

On Tuesday December 1, at approximately 12:30 pm, Deputy Lance Brumley responded to the 900 block of 7th Street in reference to an Identity Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) used his identifying information to change information on a credit card account and then attempted to open a new account using his identifying information.

On Tuesday December 1, at approximately 4:10 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez responded to the 3100 block of Midwestern Parkway in referenced to a Theft.  Upon arrival, a 24-year-old male was issued a citation for Theft under $100.00.

On Tuesday December 1, at approximately 4:25 pm, Lieutenant William Rutledge responded to the 5500 block of Chinaberry in reference to Found Property.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) left property in her trash container.
