On Monday November 23, at approximately 4:54 pm, Deputy Roy Biter responded to the 500 block of F.M. 1740 in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a dog appeared on the property.  Animal Control was contacted and upon their arrival, the animal was impounded.

On Tuesday November 24, at approximately 6:10 am, Deputy Greg Wilson observed an All-Terrain Vehicle travelling north on Hwy. 79 north.  The vehicle turned into a private driveway in the 1300 block of Hwy. 79 north.  A check of the vehicle revealed that it had been stolen during a burglary of a habitation that occurred on11-22 on Andy Kenyon Road.  Patrol Deputies and Deputies from the Criminal Investigation Division began following up on leads which lead to the recovery of three other All-Terrain Vehicles and a single axle flatbed trailer that was stolen during the burglary.  A 32-year-old female was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Theft over $2,500.00 under $29,999.99.  $10,500.00 in stolen property has been recovered at this time.
