On Tuesday November 10, at approximately 2:30 am, Deputy Lance Brumley responded to 900 7th Street in reference to a Fraud.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) opened an unauthorized Credit Card Account using his identifying information.

On Thursday November 12, at approximately 4:40 am, Lieutenant Carl Magee, Corporal Ralph Burdick, Deputy Brandon Mason and Deputy Chris Barnett responded to The Wichita County Clay Count Line to assist Clay County Sheriff’s Office with a Pursuit.  The vehicle was pursued into Wichita Falls and then lost control on U.S. 82 west of F.M. 369.  The 28-year-old male driver and a 31-year-old female passenger exited the vehicle and fled on foot.  The female was placed under arrest a short time later.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with a vehicle and Theft over $2,500.00 under $30,000.00.  The male was arrested later in the day and transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with a vehicle and Theft over $2,500.00 under $30,000.00.  The vehicle was found to have been stolen out of Florida.

On Friday November 12, at approximately 4:30 pm, Corporal Jeff Penney responded to the 4000 block, of U.S. 281 in reference to an Animal Complaint.  Upon arrival, a bull was strayed.

On November 13, at approximately 5:20 am, Deputy Jeff Lee made a traffic stop at the intersection of Bacon Switch Road and Central Frwy.  The 38-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense.
