Daily Crime Brief, May 16, 2014

On Thursday May 15, at approximately 4:00 pm, Deputy Tim Putney responded to the 900 block of 7th Street in reference to a Credit Card Abuse.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) made an unauthorized purchase on his debit card in the amount of $41.00.34.

On Thursday May 15, at approximately 10:45 am, Sergeant Jerry Cox, Deputy Patrick Bradford and Deputy Lee Crossman responded to the 5800 block of Huntington Lane in reference to an Assault in Progress.  Upon arrival, a 26-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Assault/Family Violence.

On Thursday May 15, at approximately 4:45 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin and Deputy Gabriel Villarreal responded to the 13000 block of Fulfer Road in reference to a Disturbance.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that there had been a verbal disturbance at the residence prior to Deputies arrival.

On Friday May 16, at approximately 2:45 am, Lieutenant Patrick McFerrin made a traffic stop at the intersection of Callfield and Faith.  The 34-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Resist Arrest, Search or Transportation.

On Friday May 16, at approximately 1:77 am, Deputy Brandon Mason made a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Iowa Park Road.  The 43-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
