On Wednesday October 21, at approximately 5:05 pm, Deputy Christopher Salas began pursuing a motorcycle that was travelling at a high rate of speed south on Hwy. 79.  The vehicle began travelling north on U.S. 287 and then exited the Windthorst Road Exit.  The vehicle was located in the 1200 block of Glidewell.  The 33-year-old male driver was located at the intersection of Sunnyside and Lucas.  He was placed under arrest and was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  He was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention with a Motor Vehicle.  The motorcycle was found to have been stolen out of Vernon Texas.

On Wednesday October 21, at approximately am, Deputy Patrick Bradford responded to the 9200 block of Sandy Road in reference to an Assault.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she had been assaulted by a family member.  A 22-year-old female was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Assault/Family Violence.

On Thursday October 22, at approximately 12:16 am, Sergeant Mark Whipple made a traffic stop on Peterson Road near the intersection of Griffin Road.  The 45-year-old male driver and a 28-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest.  They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center.  The driver was charged with Driving While Intoxicated Repetition and the passenger was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Tuesday October 22, at approximately 5:07 am, Deputy Brandon Mason checked on an unoccupied vehicle parked partially in the roadway in the 900 block of F.M. 1740.  The vehicle was impounded after the owner could not be located.
