On Thursday October 8, at approximately 2:30 pm, Deputy Gabriel Villarreal made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and F.M. 1739. The 22-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana over four ounces under five pounds.
On Thursday October 8, at approximately 6:15 pm, Deputy Kristian Valdez made a traffic stop at the intersection of Wellington and Iowa Park Road. A 25-year-old male passenger was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Thursday October 8, at approximately 5:46 am, Lieutenant Carl Magee made a traffic stop at the intersection of Wellington and F.M. 367. The 30-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for Accident Involving Damage over $200.00-Fail to Comply.
