The Wichita County Sheriff’s Office will be celebrating National Night Out on Tuesday October 6. The event will be held at the Wichita West Volunteer Fire Department located at 7622 Seymour Hwy. The event will start at 6:00 pm and end at 9:00 pm.
There will be free hotdogs, chips and drinks. Target Stores will be on hand with all kinds of games and giveaways. Several of our Neighborhood Watch Programs will be on hand to answer questions and share information.
Members of our Sheriff’s Office Citizen’s Academy Alumni will be on hand to talk about their program. We will have crime prevention information and several of our Deputies will be there to answer any questions.
The fire department will have their equipment on display and there will be Sheriff’s vehicles on display as well.
