On Tuesday September 22, at approximately 2:11 am, Deputy Greg Wilson made a traffic stop in the 3500 block of Lafayette. The 27-year-old male driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated-3rd or more offense and an outstanding warrant for Driving While Intoxicated-2nd offense.
On Tuesday 21, at approximately 12:37 am, Deputy Brien Conner made a traffic stop in the 3200 block of Onaway Trail. The 44-year-old male driver and a 23-year-old male passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. The driver was charged with Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 under one gram and three outstanding warrants for Speeding, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility and Driving While License Invalid. The passenger was charged with an outstanding warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury to a Family Member.
