On Thursday May 16, at
approximately 1:17 pm, Deputy J.T. Mitchell checked on an unoccupied vehicle in
an alley behind the 2400 block of 8th Street. The vehicle was found to have been reported
stolen.
On Friday May 17, at
approximately 8:35 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 1300 block of F.M.
368 South in reference to Harassment.
Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that she was being harassed
by a subject and that the subject damaged the paint on her vehicle.
On Friday May 17, at
approximately 4:47 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason responded to the 6200 block of Bell
Road in reference to Criminal Mischief.
Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s)
struck her mailbox with a vehicle.
On Saturday May 18, at
approximately 6:13 pm, Deputy Aaron Perkins stopped a subject in a parking lot
in the 3100 block of Midwestern Pkwy.
The 29-year-old male fled on foot and was located in the 3900 block of
Gayle. He was placed under arrest was
transported to the Wichita County Detention Center. He was charged with Theft under $2,500.00
with two or more convictions, Resisting Arrest, Search or Transportation,
Evading Arrest/Detention and was barred from the property located in the 3100
block of Midwestern Pkwy.
On Saturday May 18, at
approximately 7:25 pm, Deputy James Griffith made a traffic stop in the 800
block of Kemp. The 25-year-old female
driver and a 19-year-old female passenger were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Wichita County
Detention Center. The driver was charged
with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and two outstanding warrants for No
Drivers License in Possession and Fail to Maintain Financial
Responsibility. The passenger was
charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Saturday May 18, at
approximately 5:08 pm, Deputy Erick Jerrols made a traffic stop in the 2700
block of Iowa Park Road. The vehicle was
impounded due to the driver not have a drivers license, financial
responsibility and expired registration.
On Saturday May 18, at
approximately 2:43 pm, Deputy Matthew Schenck made a traffic stop in the 7400
block of Central Frwy. The 53-year-old
male driver was placed under arrest. He
was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with
Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.
On Saturday May 18, at
approximately 1:54 am, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Darrell Waddleton made a
traffic stop in the 2300 block of Jacksboro Hwy. The 23-year-old female driver was placed
under arrest. She was transported to the
Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with an outstanding warrant for
Bond Revocation-Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over four
grams under 200 grams.
On Saturday May 18, at
approximately 12:17 am, Sergeant Cole McGarry made a traffic stop at the
intersection of Elizabeth and Denver.
The 20-year-old male driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia.
On Sunday May 19, at
approximately 2:42 am, Wichita County Deputies responded to U.S. 287 in
reference to a vehicle that was travelling on the wrong side of the
roadway. The vehicle was stopped near
the rest area north of west of Iowa Park.
The 58-year-old female driver was transported to United Regional Health
Care by American Medical Response for a medical issue.
On Sunday May 19, at
approximately 2:34 am, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Darrell Waddleton made a
traffic stop at the intersection of 6th and Austin. The 46-year-old female driver was placed
under arrest. She was transported to the
Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Sunday May 19, at
approximately 4:36 pm, Deputy Hunter Deason assisted the Wichita Falls Police
Department with a Pursuit of a Vehicle that was travelling on Business 287J and
Martin Luther King Blvd. The vehicle was
stopped at the intersection of Business 287 J and Homestead Road. The 80-year-old female driver was placed
under arrest. She was transported to the
Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Evading Arrest/Detention
with a Motor Vehicle.
On Sunday May 19, at
approximately 2:48 am, Deputy Caleb Myers made a traffic stop at the
intersection of North Scott and Lincoln.
The 36-year-old female driver was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Wichita County
Detention Center and was charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
On Monday May 20, at
approximately 12:10 am, Deputy Roy Biter and Deputy Darrell Waddleton made a
traffic stop at the intersection of Ave. K and Fillmore. The 26-year-old female driver was issued a
citation for No Drivers License. The
vehicle was impounded.
