Daily Crime Brief, March 23, 2017

On Wednesday March 22, at approximately 9:51 pm, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Jason Vandygriff stopped an individual walking on the roadway in the 3200 block of Holliday.  The 41-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Public Intoxication.

On Wednesday March 22, at approximately 12:48 am, Deputy Greg Wilson and Deputy Jason Vandygriff responded to the 1700 block of F.M. 1740 in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that an unknown person(s) entered the property and attempted to steal a 2004 Yamaha Raptor 660 all-terrain vehicle.  The vehicle was found a short distance from where it was parked on the property.
