Daily Crime Brief, December 12, 2016

On Thursday December 8, at approximately 4:20 pm, Captain Randy Elliott and Deputy Josh McGuinn responded to the 600 block of Scott Street in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that there was money missing from a bank account.

On Friday December 9, at approximately 1:35 pm, Deputy Christopher Salas made a traffic stop in the 200 block of Magnolia.  The 37-year-old female driver was placed under arrest.  She was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 over one gram under four grams.

On Friday December 9, at approximately 4:45 pm, Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 3100 block of Midwestern Pkwy. in reference to a Theft.  Upon arrival, a Juvenile male was issued a citation for Theft under $100.00 and was barred from the property.

On Saturday December 10, at approximately 11:51 pm, Deputy Daniel Jacobson made a traffic stop at the intersection of Martin Luther King Blvd. and 7th Street.  The vehicle was impounded after the driver was found not to have insurance on the vehicle.

On Sunday December 11, at approximately 11:21 am, Corporal Josh Brown and Deputy J.T. Mitchell responded to the 2300 block of Pecanway in reference to a Criminal Trespass.  Upon arrival, a 26-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Criminal Trespass and was barred from the property.

On Sunday December 11, at approximately 8:03 am, Deputy J.T. Mitchell and Deputy Christopher Salas responded to the 1300 block of Pecanway in reference to a Burglary of a Habitation.  Upon arrival, the Reporting Person reported that a subject forced entry into the residence and sexually assaulted her.
