Daily Crime Brief, June 9, 2016

On Tuesday June 7, at approximately 10:54 am, Deputy Justin Mitchel made a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. 287 and Burnett Ranch Road.  The 22-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Unlawful Carrying of Weapon and Possession of Marijuana over two ounces under four ounces.

On Wednesday June 8, at approximately 10:20 am, Deputy Kristian Valdez made a traffic stop at the intersection of South Rosewood and Jalonic Street.  The 18-year-old male driver was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Possession of Marijuana under two ounces.

On Wednesday June 8, at approximately 6:26 pm, Lieutenant Carl Magee and Deputy Christopher Salas responded to the 2200 block of J.B. Riley Ranch Road in reference to a barred person.  While in route to the call, the suspect was stopped in the 1000 block of J.B. Riley Ranch Road.  The 29-year-old male was placed under arrest.  He was transported to the Wichita County Detention Center and was charged with Criminal Trespass.

On Thursday June 9, at approximately 12:03 am, Deputy Cole McGarry made a traffic stop in the 4300 block of Jacksboro Hwy.  The 18-year-old female driver was issued a citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
